Milana

Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub (American actress actor, comedian, activist) is a comedian. After emigrating to America her birthplace was in the Soviet Union to Jewish parents. Her first professional work was as a child actor. From 2013 to 2016 she was the AT&T salesperson Lily Adams, and since 2020, she has been the AT&T saleswoman Lily Adams. She rose to fame for her roles in television commercials. She was a regular host on Yahoo! Screen science-fiction comedy Other Space (2015). She also played regularly featured on the NBC drama This Is Us 2016-2017. Vayntrub was originally selected to voice the character Squirrel Girls in Marvel Rising's pilot that was never aired for New Warriors in 2018, has been voiced that role since. Vayntrub is an Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic (USSR) native and a Jew. Her parents and she were exiled from antisemitism as young as just two years old. They emigrated to the U.S. with their children. When she was five, she began appearing in Mattel Barbie commercials. This was partly due to the difficulties in the family's finances. Vayntrub briefly attended Beverly Hills High School, but dropped out following her sophomore year. She earned a GED and went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from University of California, San Diego. Vayntrub was a student of improv comedy in the Upright Citizens Brigade.
